At SmartLinx, we’re always working behind the scenes to ensure our customers’ continued success. That’s why we’ve enhanced our Support Center and Knowledge Base, effective today.

What does this mean for our customers? It means unprecedented access, expanded search capabilities, and a wealth of information right at their fingertips.

Here are just a few of the exciting new features available to our customers:

  • Search case history in the Support Center
  • Access chat support right from the Support Center
  • Network with other SmartLinx users in our community forum
  • Text our support team directly
  • Find answers a variety of ways thanks to our self-service tool
  • Browse our library of over 50 how-to videos

A quick technical reminder for our clients:

  • Login will require a new password
  • Your cases will be assigned new numbers
  • Cases dating back to mid-2015 will be imported into the new system

It’s all just part of our commitment to make work, work better.
