Grand Traverse Pavilions Replaces Insperity and Sage HRMS with the SmartLinx Suite

SmartLinx to Ensure Proper Staffing Across all Long-Term Care and Assisted Living facilities

ISELIN, N.J. (August 7, 2019) — SmartLinx Solutions today announced Grand Traverse Pavilions chooses SmartLinx’s unified workforce management solution to increase efficiency by replacing  disparate scheduling, attendance, and HR systems with a single, unified platform.

SmartLinx will enable Grand Traverse to ensure proper staffing and quickly adjust to changing census values and schedules at its Michigan-based facilities.

“We decided to use SmartLinx because it was a one-stop shop of sorts,” said Diane Mallory, Director of Human Resources at Grand Traverse.  “We were looking to replace our scheduling program and found a solution that will allow us to move from four different platforms to one.”

Grand Traverse uses SmartLinx to streamline benefits administration and HR functions, as well as improve recruiting with SmartLinx Applicant Tracker and employee engagement with the SmartLinx Go mobile app.

“Currently we use Sage HRMS, Insperity, Time Simplicity and Softime Pro, plus a custom web application for hiring, and all of that can be handled by SmartLinx in one solution,” said Ms. Mallory. “We will also use SmartLinx PBJ and ACA Director for compliance reporting.”

SmartLinx analyzes real-time information across the integrated systems to inform business decisions, such as projecting overtime and identifying opportunities to gain efficiency throughout the enterprise.
