The skilled nursing provider to adopt workforce management suite to manage multiple facilities
ISELIN, N.J. (June 10, 2019) — SmartLinx, a leader in workforce management solutions, today announced that Wachusett Healthcare selected SmartLinx’s integrated suite to handle scheduling, attendance, and compliance for its growing skilled nursing business.
Founded in 2016, Wachusett previously relied on various systems and processes to manage its workforce of 500 employees, responsible for caring for about 460 residents across four sites.
“Before SmartLinx, we had no way of looking into employee schedules and seeing who could fill an open shift,” said Sharon Ellis, HR Director for Wachusett Healthcare. “We wanted a system that could handle everything on one platform, have one point of data entry and all the information flow across the system.”
Wachusett is rolling out the integrated SmartLinx workforce management suite to manage its scheduling, time & attendance, and compliance processes. The long-term care provider started realizing efficiency gains even before the SmartLinx suite was fully implemented.
